About Me

Hi my name is Lucas Karabel growing up I was always fascinated by hero's and their journey awaiting the wise old sensei to enter my life and teach me how to be a hero. Unfortunately that never happened but it did lead me to find my calling, I could be that for others on their fitness journey helping them become their ideal self finding balance in not only their body but their mind and soul.

Lucas Karabel may seem to you as another personal trainer like everybody else. However, if you get to know him a bit closer, you will understand his unique personality and energy. Working out with him has been a game changer for me. He will guide you step by step to your goal regardless of your fitness level. Close look inside your personal situation to figure out what you need and what you did wrong if tried , makes you understand how things work. That includes nutrition advise and exercises tailored specifically to you. His “easy words” explanations of what muscle to activate for specific exercises provide crucial mind-muscle connection which not everybody points out. He is always positive and calm, always will help to keep your spirit and motivation up, He's always there for you to answer any question. Another great feature Lucas has, he shows how to use your fitness skills in real life.

I’ve been training with Lucas for about 13 months now, before that I had no Idea what I was doing in terms of a formal workout plan, proper form, or where to even begin with a dietary plan. Lucas has been incredibly helpful in everyone of those aspects. He will create a routine that really helps you work towards your fitness goals and adjust it as those goals change.

A lot of my training with Lucas has been web-based and my schedule has me working out at odd hours a lot of the time. Even with such an off schedule, Luke is always very quick to respond to any questions I have either about form or the best way to optimize a specific exercise.

When I started working out I wasn’t expecting results anywhere near where I am today and I attribute a lot of that to Lucas! He really Goes Beyond your expectations for a personal trainer!
